Progesterone levels when pregnant

I did a progesterone level check at day 23 and it came back at 31. Is this a good sign that I might be pregnant? Can anyone help with this. I heard that higher levels are a good sign, is that just a rumor?

I had mine checked at day 30 and it was 44 and I was pregnant. I also had a friend who had hers checked at day 23 and hers was 36 but she was not pregnant. I think each women is different and with my experience the progesterone level was not always a good indication of pregnancy. Just wait a few days and take a HPT. I sure hope it is a BFP!!!! i had mine checked on cd 24 and mine level was 25. if your levels are up then it means you O, not that you are preggo. in some case you are preggo though, but you can't tell that by a progestrone level. wait a few days then test! best of luck!

I had mine checked a cd21 and my levels were 8.7. I was also pg at the time. (found out 4 days later)
