Really Need Advice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Ladies,
I am really worried about something and I do not feel comfortable contacting my O.B. They make me feel very bad when I have concerns and ask any questions and tell me that I am too sensitive.
I have one of those doppler.....belly beats machines and my hubby and I have been listening to the baby for months and months now and her heartrate was usually always between 147 and 153 beats a minute. I am now 30 weeks pregnant and very drastically within the last 3 weeks or so, her heartrate is almost always between 120 and 133. Is it normal for there to be a decrease in fetal heartrate as the baby gets bigger and should it be so drastic and within such a short period of time. I was also worried because all of this started when I took macrobid for a uti a few weeks back although I have taken macrobid before during this pregnancy and never noticed a change in the her heartrate.
Please lend any advice if you have it!

i would call you obgyn. i am not sure what the range should be for there heartbeat but that is what your dr is there for and what you pay them for. it does not hurt to ask questions. you would reather be safe than sorry. please call them and  dont feel uncomfortable. your not being to sensitive. keep us posted.

for something like this i would get in contact with them it not something thats really silly like a bit of extra hair on your chin or something like that has the baby's movements been the same or not as much if this is so then i would definately phone to find out and if you phone and they tell you dont  be so sensitive then i would go to their office and demand to speak to someone and state that they are infact getting paid to see you no matter how big or small the problem if they mind you contacting them when ever you fill nessasary then you should think about changing o.b
p.s. sorry should have mentioned this earlier  if it continues to stay at that rate or goes even lower then yeah  but keep in mind the baby could be sleeping too just like us their heart beat can drop too

Hey i wanted to share my experience. When i first found out i was pregnant the babies heart beat was like 150-160 and slowly went down to like 140 well when i was 41 weeks (i was late) they did the heart beat test i forget what you call it.. well anyway his heart beat was 115-125 and thats super low but everything was fine... i ended up delivering at 41wks 4days and while in labor his heart beat was low too so i wouldn't be too worried about it as long as you feel lil baby moving around and what not then everything should be fine. I wouldn't stress over it i am pretty sure its normal for that to happen... Good luck!

I'm not sure of the exact beats but I do know that the closer you get to delievery the heart rate does get lower.  Call your doctor but it sounds like the baby is just getting ready to meet you.

I have also heard that the heart rate naturally decreases with age as the child gets bigger.  If you think of heart rate in relation to size it makes perfect sense.  Small animal vs. big animal!  Of course I guess it doesn't hurt to ask your doctor!

Hi fani I was told that as long as the baby is bigger the heart rate should be between 110-150 bpm, howvwer If you know my story about london she had to be taken at 33 weeks because I had gotten chorio-amniotisis an infection of the amniotic fluid this caused her heart rate to be 176-200 for three hours straight. If your concerned call your DR. better safe than sorry.
