Recently stopped breastfeeding and still no period?

I have been nursing my daughter for the past nine months and recently weaned my daughter completly because of having to take medication. I have not gotten my menstral cycle back yet. I was just wondering if this is normal and when I should expect it to return?
Another reason I am asking this question is because for the past few months I have been dealing with episodes of dizziness and frequent headaches and I am just wondering if this can be related to hormones in some way. I have had several tests done and everyyhing is coming back normal so I am just wondering if this could have something to do with a hormonal imbalance? Any comments would be greatly appreciated!!

I quit breastfeeding at 12 months, fully weaned by 13 and got my period a month later so it could just take time.

I should also mention that I noticed that I have been very anxious lately because of the dizziness/unsteady feeling. My husband seems to think this is all related to post partum depression or anxiety. But I never knew that can cause the symptoms that I feel ( dizziness, unsteadiness, frequent black spots in my vision that come up out of the blue,  and frequent headaches)
