Recurring sore/swollen Glands in throat

Okay if ANYONE can help me would be great. Around 4 years ago i had Glandular Fever, and it knocked my for a 6 for a looooong time. I was constantly getting flare ups. I was fine for about a year then i had a baby. We both got sick about a month and a half ago and since then i have had a constant sore throat. It went away about 2 weeks ago but periodiclly comes back every few days.

When it happens it comes on very quickly and never at the same time i.e it flared up yesterday around 6pm- still sore. Sometimes i get very tired with it.
I don't drink, i don't smoke, i'm generally pretty healthy in my diet, and drink lot's of water.
I have no idea whats wrong, if anyone has any ideas i'd be greatful
