Repeat Nissan

My son is 20 months old and already has had three fundos done his primary diagonosis is TE Fistula and i am having severe problems controlling the diareha and he was eating before the surgery and now he severly chokes on everything what do i do and what happens if he needs another on

The severe diarrhea is a problem in itself, because it will throw off his hydration and his electrolyte balance.  I'd call his doctor right away and tell them what is happening.  It sounds like more than can be handled at home.  My thoughts are with you.
