Rightsided pain in early pg?

I"m having pain in my right side, sort of in the ovary area.
I just had a + test Thursday.
Is this normal or something to worry about ie ectopic?

I  had an eptopic and lost my tube. However, pain on one side or another doesnt ness. mean that. It could just be the tugging and stretching, and for some people thats pretty painful.  Keep an eye on it, if it gets really bad or you start bleeding call your dr.  Good luck! Blessings

I should add, the pain's been since about 5 am, not constant, but every few seconds.
It doesn't increase if I cough or sneeze.
I am just waiting for the doctor's ofc to open.  I hadn't even called yet re my + HPT, but, this is my first cycle after miscarrying and I am terrified that something else could be wrong.

I also had ovary type pain early in all my pregnancies.  If it is ectopic the pain will get much worse and you will often have spotting.  I have also heard that you will have shoulder pain with an ectopic.

My gut instinct (for what that's worth) is that you are perfectly fine, just normal preggers symptoms.

I am now 22 weeks and from about 8 weeks to 20 weeks I had strange rightsided pain in the ovary area.  With two ultrasounds showing everything was fine my doctor said it was just the aches and pains of pregnancy.  I was still scared but it eventually went away.  I'm sure you are fine and once you talk to your doctor you will feel much better.  How far along are you?

I just had my + HPT thursday, so, maybe 4.5 weeks or so.
I'm hoping it's just normal pains.  
I'm sure that my m/c experience so recently is what's leading to my fears.

I called my doc's ofc to try to talk to them, but they kind of thought I was nuts and sent me for a blood test.  First things first and all, right? :P
