SPOTTING 2 WEEKS BEFORE PERIOD , MISSED PERIOD , NEGATIVE TEST

i may be pregnant, i was on pill missed a few but doubled up the next day . am late on my period spotting 2 weeks prior from when im supposed to get my period ( tuesday or wed ) i was spotting for like a week. I am having heat flashes ( which i am not sure if thats a pregnancy symptom) now i am peeing frequently and cramped tuesday and wed like i was getting my period but i didnt. I also every now and then feel pressure in my lowed abdominal area . i am 20 years old live with my boyfriend of 2 years in an apartment . i work in an animal shelter ( would i have to give my job up ? ) i am going to keep the baby and raise it. I do not currently have health insurance , what do i do if i am pregnant with no health insurance? i would need to make a dr app. asap , but how if no health insurance is there something i can do , or is there a place i can go to get low cost or free prenatal care ? please help me be as descriptive as possible also in your opinion does it sound like pregnancy ? Please Help Me theres really no one i can talk to about this , ( i dont want anyone to get upset or happy over paranoia? ) besides my boyfriend and he is in the same boat i am about it . ( kind of clueless) lol .

Took a test lastnight - negative - clear blue test , test that reads pregnant or not pregnant

Tested this morning also - negative . got the test that says not pregnant or pregnanct - clear blue

is it still a possibility ? I am very confused and i dont know what else it could be possibly be When should i test again ? should i try in the morning .

going to planned parenthood on monday to reup on my pills and i will bring up the situation to them .and possibly take another test ... would a drs urine test be the same as a hpt , on the pacjage of the hpt it says just as accurate as a drs test - is that true?

I NEED SOME TYPE OF ANSWERS PLEASE HELP , ANYONE BEEN IN THIS SITUATION OR CURRENTLY IS I WOULD LOVE TO TALK WITH YOU .
