Severe Stomache Pain

My 11 yr. old son has suffered with severe stomache pain for more than five years. He has undergone x-rays, stool and urine tests, bloodwork, ultrasound, most recently an upper GI barium, and many tests that I'm sure I have forgotten. He has dealt with two family MD's, a pediatrician, and an unbelievable number of ER doctors. I have been told everything from constipation to migraines, and more recently duodenal ulcer. He has been on antibiotics, antidepressants, ulcer med's and the list goes on. There does not seem to be a definitive answer, and the pain goes on. I am at the end of my rope. I no longer know what to tell him as he is screaming in pain. I feel helpless and he knows the doctor or medicine does not help. I would welcome any suggestions on which direction to start looking.
