I can't say for sure but I had horrible siatic (sciatic) nerve pain when I was pregnant. But mine was in my groin area and it was not a burning pain it was a sharp sometimes immobilizing pain. My doctor said the nerve ran in between your legs like in the groin area but he never specified rather it ran further down towards the knees, but if that nerve does go down that far then your pain could be caused by the siatic (sciatic) nerve. I would ask my doctor to be for sure. Good Luck with that precious miracle you are carrying!!!
