Usually, all of the symptoms that you are describing are not something you see at this early stage in pg. You'd be about 5 wks pg, and the part about food cravings doesn't usually kick in until further along.
I just had the same thing happen to me recently, being 6 days late, and it was for no logical reason. I was just late.
Call your ob/gyn if you are still concerned and they can bring you in for a blood test - that will tell you for sure.
Standard advice is to wait til you miss a period by a few days, test. If neg and you don't start in a week, test again. Try to use a first morning urine if you can.
Get a blood test if you want, but if another HPT shows neg in another week and you followed the direction, you probably aren't.

Stress, diet, hormones, changes in weight can alter cycle lengths. It is also not uncommon to skip a cyle every now and then.
On a personal level, you might want to practice safe sex should you want to wait until you are older to get pregnant.
