Spotting before my period,Could I be pregnant?

   So my last period was on 9/18/11  and it ast about 3-4days which is normal me .I was with my husband on 9/24/11 & 9/26/11  I was do to ovulate  9/29-10/3  and my period isn't do until 10/16  
but on  10/8/11 when I wiped I noticed pinkish,reddish blood, I have  light cramps on my right side .
So because this has never happen to me before I'm worried and  just wondering if this has happen to anyone else?  Please post advice or comments  :) Thank you !

Yes, pregnancy is a possibility. So take a urine test on 16th, if negative repeat a week later. Also you can undergo a blood test to measure HCG.
Other causes of spotting before periods are hypothyroidism, cervical dysplasia, cervical polyps, cervicitis (infection/inflammation of cervix), vaginitis (infection/inflammation of vagina), cervical and uterine cancer, uterine fibroids, hormonal imbalance as in polycystic disease of the ovary, use of blood thinners, genital ulcers, STDs and stress.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your gynecologist. Take care!

   I went to the Dr, today found out I was 6 1/2 weeks Pregnant!!!  I thought i was only about 4 or 5 weeks,,,,,, still Happy
But at the same time my temp goes up and down it was like 98.3 then 98.6 then 100. and now it's like 97.7 not sure whats going on??? pretty much Healthy .... has this happen to anyone before
