Stuffy nose, scratchy throat, loosing voice....WHAT CAN I TAKE?

I am starting to feel allergies coming on pretty strong - I have a really scratchy throat, I am congested, my eyes are watery, etc. Any recommendations on what I can take to help?

Motherrisk in TO will give you a list of safe meds. They have a web-site, I'm sure you will find it if you google.

My doctor told me just yesterday that I could take Claritin...and this is what my Med sheet says (I got this from my Ob, too)

Colds and Sinus- Any Tylenol products (Tylenol Cold, Tylenol Sinus), Benylin and Robitussin for cough. Chloraseptic Spray for sore throat. Benadryl, Chlortrimeton or Claritin OTC for allergy, & Mucinex

i would call your dr....they can get you a safe rx ...i have bad allergies and i tool zyrtec my whole pregnancy
