I don't know if this means anything or I'm just about to get AF or what, but I'm now 8 days late my shoulders just started hurting really bad last night well my right shoulder hurts really bad, it eases up and comes back. My breast still have no pain, no cramping, and still full of energy. I haven't had this much energy since I was in my teen years. Any suggestions of why my shoulders would hurt like this, I have never had my shoulders hurt this bad.

it could be stress related. sometimes stress can cause you to be late and it could have a hand in your achey (achy) shoulders. why dont you take the day off from work and try to relax, take a warm bubble bath and let your troubles float away...
