I have heard they are safe.  Will be using them on my legs before I go to the DR.  Scary fish belly white and now I have prominent veins.

Other women glow, I just look green and fat.

I'm certainly not the 'glowing' type...too bad.
Good question!  It is getting to that time again, that I need to put on my tan too!  I am going to the dr. today at 1pm for an u/s, and I will ask him...
I'll post his answer later this afternoon!

Hi!  I am a little over 26 weeks pregnant, and am sooo white!  I've never used sunless tanners, but that sounds like a great idea!  Do yall have any suggestions as to what kind to use...that won't turn me orange!??  Thanks!  :)

I've been wondering if mystic tanning is ok...the spray kind???  When I asked the nurse at the dr's office, she responded with "White is beautiful."  Yeah, but not when you have dark spots from the pill still on your face while the rest of it's white...or not so much when you put on a swimsuit.  I feel so much prettier with a tan.  Anyway, I've been using the Oil of Olay stuff on my legs so I don't scare people at the gym, but she got me scared to put it on my belly.  I would be sooo pumped if I could do the mystic tanning...that stuff is great!

I would be leary about anything that absorbs thru the skin.

I use  L'oreal sublime  bronze self tanning lotion.. its great.. and doesnt turn my skin ornage...

wow.. i hope that whoever is leary about anything absorbing into their skin watches the lotions that they use!!
nothing is 100 percent safe.. not even most lotions!! only when you make it yourself.. or seek out organic 100 % pure ingredients..
heck.. even Palmers Cocoa butter formula massage cream  for stretch marks has parabens in them.... AND.. mineral oil..

so many things soak into our skin..

being wary is very good. but.. you have to use your best judgment.. and.. its really hard when everything you put in your mouth.. on your skin.. etc etc.. well.. its all going to be questionable to someone..

ok anyway..lol.. once again.. i went and did more research.. and.. its safe.. as safe as any lotion..

I read that sunless tanners are perfectly safe.  And I too use the Loreal Sublime Bronze and LOVE it!
