Swelling of feet and painful

Hey ladies. Anyone else having ALOT of swelling of the feet and somewhat of the hands? I have been to dr and he said as long as my blood pressure is normal and there isnt any protien in my urine not to be to concerned as of yet. Im worried about being becoming toxic and poisening my baby.
  I have stayed away from salt and drink alot of water but it doesnt get better and only gets worse. Im 22 wks and is affecting my job so bad I had to go to part time.

With my first pregnancy I swelled verry bad.  I started swelling at 14 weeks and stayed swelled all over my body the whole pregnancy.  My dr kept telling my my blood pressure was fine and I had no sugar in my urine.  The skin on the tops of my legs would ooze stuff because they were so streched.  I was young and did not demand a better diagnosis, but with this pregnancy if I swell like that again I will get a second oppinion.  Everything turned out fine with DD, but I still believe I was toxic.  When my water broke it broke 3 times I had so much water in me.  Get a second opinion to be sure.

I'm currently 36 weeks and I started swelling at about 31 weeks or so but it wasn't that bad. If I kept my feet elevated in the evenings, the swelling would go away by morning. But now, starting from about 3 weeks ago, it's constant 24 hr swelling and I've had to buy shoes that are size 10 (I am normally a size 8). My feet are so bad that my husband calls me big foot but the nurses and my dr. don't seem concerned at all because my blood pressure is normal and so is my urine. They said the only time they are concerned about swelling is if the blood pressure is high. I am also drinking A LOT of water which only helps a little. Oh and I can't wear my wedding ring anymore either!
