Swimsuit?

Tomorrows the 4th! and everyone around here goes to the shore. its only 40 mins away. and i want to go to. i havent been in over a year! my butt grew and my boobs did as well, so i dont have a suit that will cover the things that need to be coverd. so i have to go find one. but thats not what im posting about

if i go down the shore, dommy will be comming along as well. what do i dress him in. he doesnt have a swim suit and its not like hes going to go swimming. so what does a 4 month old need, besides sunscreen?

those "little swimmers" diapers if you are going to take him into the water and maybe a cute cap to keep the sun out of his face

lol alright i didnt kno they make little swimmers for infants. he likes water. and i have a little hat that grandma just HAD to get for him. it took her 10 mins to pick out the perfect hat

Hi Kim! And don't forget the sunscreen! Have a great time! I also had to buy a swimsuit this summer, there was no way I was buying one last summer. It wasn't as bad as I thought (buying a swimsuit that is)! Have fun and happy 4th!

I bought Jameson a little swimming shirt at Target that I LOVE. It has sun protection built INTO the shirt---UV guard or something. It's very light weight and dries very quickly.
I love it because I don't even need to worry about putting sunblock all over his front and back and shoulders. The shirt is the protection.
Be very careful not to get sunblock near his eyes. If he rubs them and it gets in his eyes, it is AWFUL. And it doesn't even really rinse out because of the consistency sunblock is, ya know? And don't put it on his hands either is case he rubs his eyes.

Post a picture of him in all his swimming get-up after the fourth. He is gonna be SOOO cute!!

im hoping i can go. but im looking at the weather and it doesnt look like its supposed to be too nice! : (

Oh thats too bad!! Maybe it will be fine. You never know with weather. It changes so quickly. And I actually would rather have your weather.....here in Utah, its going to be 102 degrees on the 4th!  YUCKY I HATE to be hot!!!!!!!

i dont like the heat much either but we are supposed to get thunderstorms...up untill like next thursday

I would bring an umbrella or if you have one of those reflector top shade things for a playpen.  I didn't think you were supposed to use sunscreen till they are 6 months old, check the bottle before you apply.  Bring lots of water, and I would keep the skin covered, I know it may be warm, but I would get a sunscreen shirt at least.  Have fun!

well i didnt go. it rained pretty much the whole day and especially in the evening : ( it was cool outside as well. it was overall a very very hard day for me anyways

thanks. i found out keith came home last night. like home to 1 town over me. whenever he comes home its hard.
