Tea vs. capsule

Hi,  I have seen a lot of people on here suggesting to take fenugreek capsules to increase milk production.  I went to my local vitamin store and I was able to find it in a tea form.  Does it matter which form you take it in or should I continue to look for it in a pill form?  Thank you.

I think you need the capsule as to increase milk production the dose is pretty high. Check with a lactation consultunt for the exact dose and maybe they can tell you where to buy it.

Tea has one advantage over the capsules in that you get liquid with your fenugreek.  Some people have less breast milk simply because they aren't as hydrated as they need to be.  I'm taking capsules and drinking "Mothers Milk" tea, and notice more of an immediate result from the tea.

Haha, that's so funny, I just went to my local herd store to buy the pills!  They also have a tea called Mother's milk and I purhcased that as well.
I heard good things on both.  Let me know what you think aout the tea.

i also got the tea (it's called tea for nursing mothers).  it also got the fenugreek seed in it.  do you drink the tea and take the pill throughout the day at the same time?
