Tension Headache

I've been suffering from tension headaches(I think) for the last few weeks (I'm 14 weeks prego). The location of pain measures up, and my blood pressure is fine. I know Tyleonol is safe...but I don't want to have to take it every day! Anyone else suffer from these?

I've been getting headaches and just realized that it was from the aspartame in diet soda pop.  I had changed from regular to diet recently so I wouldn't get fat from drinking so much of it, and then the headaches began, including one so bad I wound up getting a CT scan to be sure it wasn't an anyeurism.

Yes I have had those terrible headaches often this pregnancy. My doc thinks its my blood pressure messing with blood sugar and told me once I get a headache to drink something caffinated it actually takes off some of the pressure. Good Luck!

Aspartame, huh? I never even considered that. Maybe that's my culprit. OR maybe the sudden decrease in caffeine?

Excedrine Tension Headache is okay to take during pregnancy.  It only has Tylenol and Caffiene, no asprin.  This was okay'd by my high risk OB.

Try putting a cold wash cloth on your forehead and see if it at least relieve the headache some..
