i use to have my period reqularly every month and this time i missed my period as we were planning for a kid, i just want to know if i used to have my period every 27th day of menstrual cycle and now as i missed my period, when can i have my pregnancy test....

As soon as your period is due and you miss it you can test. Most tests recommend you use first morning urine to get an accurate result.

You can take standard pregnancy test anytime from the day your period is due, some tests like first response you can take up to 4 days before your period is due, if you have missed your period then if you take a test now it should give you  an accurate result
