Just to clarify was this medication given to you under medical supervision?
AS you have had some clots I would guess that the pills are having the designed effect of inducing labour and basically aborting, this is not a miscarriage it is a way of aborting, which can be used up to seven weeks into pregnancy.
As you are just four weeks your blood loss would be less than that of seven weeks, as you only just took the last tablet I would wait a little while and see if more constant bleeding kicks in.
Thank you so much for your feedback!
I've been looking all day yesturday online for a forum similar to this (women speaking from their personal experiences). And was surprised how little unbiased information is out there.
This is a new doctor, my prev one was a midwife nurse. I chose to stop seeing her, she has her personal convicions about this issue.
A little about my situation.... I don't have any family in this country, and have been on my own since I was 15. I'm 28 now. I've been struggling to make it, school and two jobs and one failed marriage for a long time. The person I was involved with is schizophrenic and bi-polar. Taking all of this in consideration I could not possibly bring another human into this chaos. Since I'm not sexually active on regular basis, I was lax with my bc.
Anyhow, I'm truly happy to have found this place! Thank you!
Oh and yes, the first pill Mifeprex was given to me at the doc office.
He didn't mention any factors for my to qualify for this med. I read online all the factors, and the only one I worry about is ectopic pregnancy. I wonder if he even ruled that out. IF he did he didn't mention it to me.
Isn't four weeks too early to diagnose ectopic preg.?
not necessarily,
as you have had some clots I would assume that the tablets are working.
I do know that sometimes you may not bleed for a few days then you will experience a heavier than usual period.
But if you are worried go back to your doctor just to be checked out.
where are you from? you say your a long way from home, this is not a nice situation for you to be in alone and i wish you all the best.
I am a mother of 2 children, 3 years old and 7 months old. I am in a very rocky relationship, no money and am 16 weeks pregnant again. I cannot afford to pay for an abortion nor can I afford another child. Can anyone tell me if it is safe to take Cyotec so late in this pregnancy. I am scared to death and don't know what to do. Please, any advice is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Desperate and Scared!
