Trip to hospital 33 weeks

Hi All,

I know I haven't been online much lately.
I had to go to the delivery suite at the hospital on Saturday night.  I had a slight bleed, it wasn't floods, but I changed my pantyliner twice and there was a substantial amount both times, kind of watery red (sorry TMI) I was a bit concerned as I take baby aspirin for a clotting disorder.
(I had a few episodes of premature contractions with my last baby (DD is now 3 years old) which they stopped with tablets and I had steroid injections with her, in the end the pains didn't dilate my cervix and I ended up being induced...)
Anyway, I was put on the CTG machine for 20 minutes and was having contractions every 3-4 minutes. They didn't hurt, just uncomfortable like Braxton Hicks but very close together - they don't increase in intensity. The midwives didn't look very concerned when I said about the tightenings, they checked my cervix and said everything looked fine and it wasn't always possible to tell where the bleeding was from and they sent me home. Apparently from my charts and the graphs they have plotted my fundal measurement with this baby is quite big for my dates 2500g - over 5lb already but I know this isn't very accurate.
I had to go back yesterday (Monday) for more monitoring I felt a few tightenings but the midwife didn't mention anything she just said the trace looked good and when I got home I noticed she has written in my notes

" CTG (with a tick next to it) Reactive to pains ++ "

Does anyone know what this could mean? I know I've had lots of children but I have no idea.
I'm guessing they don't like to see the baby's heartbeat slow down when you have a contraction like when you are in actual labour, do you think and maybe it means the my little boys heart doesn't slow when I am having tightenings??
I can't imagine all the toing & froing to the hospital for the next 7 weeks :(
I have a growth scan on Monday afternoon.
