Trying again after d and c

I went in for my last appointment to check to see if the baby was doing fine, and there was no fetal heartbeat. I went in last week for a d and c and now it's been four days since I have been bleeding or cramping. Is it too early to start trying to concieve (conceive) again? All I want is a baby and I want to start trying as soon as possible. We had uprotected sex yesterday and I wasn't sure if it would hurt if we kept trying or if we should stop.

There is a chance of Infection. After my d&c we want a week after, and started TTC again. but I had NO bleeding after my d&c. We did get pregnant after only one cycle. You need to do whats best for you! I am now just about 17weeks. Good Luck and sorry for your loss.

I was told by my doctor to not have sex for 2 weeks after a D&C since it can cause infection. Even then you may not want to have sex until you get the okay. At my 2 week appointment after the D&C I was still spotting every once and a while so he told me no sex until I hadn't bled for one week. I would just listen to whatever your doctor said. After my D&C I ended up finding out I was pregnant 6 weeks later. She's now 8 weeks old. Good luck I hope you get pregnant again soon!

I already started my period again so when is going to be the best time to try and conceive again? my periods are normal usually 28 to 29 days apart so when will I ovulate again? I also heard that I have a high chance of getting pregnant again now after i miscarried is this true?

After a m/c somtime your cycle can be different then before. If you are really wanting to become pregnant again, I would start using OPK(ovulation predi. kits) you can get them at any store, they just tell you the best time.. You shoulds start using them after your period. No, you dont have a higher chance of getting pregnant after a m/c.Good Luck!
