I am 32 weeks pregnant with twin boys. Yesterday i went in for an ultrasound and one baby was 3.1lbs and the other one was 3.11lbs. At all my other ultrasounds they weighed the same and were growing at the same rate. Now just 4 weeks later they are 10oz difference? One baby the smaller one is also breached, his head is in my ribs the other larger baby is how he should be. Should i be concerned?
