I was just talking to a girlfriend yesterday about this. This is my third pregnancy and I have also been having a lot of cramping and pulling of muscles and ligaments. I am glad that this is not my first as I knew what to expect with one but everything is growing that much faster with two that it does hurt more and is more uncomfortable than one. I wish you luck and hope that things are not too bad.
I am now also 10 weeks pregnant with twins and do have occasional twinges and back pain. I also think I am showing already even though I have not been eating well due to nausea and having gone off lots of foods.
I have been told that I am keep well for having a twin pregnancy but worry that my symptoms should be worse as there is twice the hcg levels.
