Twins?

I am 40 years old and his is my sixth pregnancy with only 2 live births. One was a  7 and half month stillbirth(Toxoplasmosis) Moms stay away from cats. Then a perfectly healthy daughter, then two other miscarriages then another healthy baby boy and now i am pregnant again and am too old for this!! I have had spotting and cramping already and have been to the hospital twice my hcg levels keep going up from 129 september 6th at two weeks to 29,244 at 5 weeks to 45,371 the next day and then a week later it jumed to 107,240  They only detected one sac though. I thought that identical twins shared the same sac?  What are some of the other hcg levels that other moms have had in the sixth week? I have hard of other women spotting and cramping during pregnancy and it ended up fine me being one of them but have lost two in this situation I could use any encouraging words from anyone who has gone through this, and what about those hcg levels?

In the 6th week mine were about 64000 and I only had one baby. Its possible that you are carrying twins because of your age bracket. Also about the bleeding. I bled worse than a period from weeks 5-10 during my pregnancy and now have a healthy daughter. There are tons of reasons why people spot of bleed during pregnancy and it is actually quite common.

I am 43
I bled from week 5 to 11 with my singleton
I bled from first HCG till ??  with last twins
this time I only bled a little - twins again

my numbers - well they stopped checking them at 29thousand so I don't know

you can check out my HCG level in my journals but I had twins and mine was never that high I think at 5 weeks it was like 12,000 but that was about it
