U/S at 6 weeks?

As I've posted a few times on the boards I have a very high risk pregnancy.  Last wednesday they didn't find anything but a cyst when they did my U/S's (Pelvic and Trans-Vaginal).  On Wednesday my HCG was 1100, Friday it was 2200.  Today I had another lab done for my HCG and I'll get those results around 4:00pm EST.  I have another U/S tomorrow at 4:00pm...

I have Graves' Disease and a large cyst from my right ovary up and over my uterus (It's been said they will have to operate on it when I'm in my 2nd trimester).  

I'm so worried that
1.) the cyst is causing the rise in HCG levels
2.) it might be ectopic (I have scarring on my right side from when I had an emergency Appendectomy)
3.) They won't see anything at all.  
4.)  They'll see just a sac and eventually it will only be a sac...  and the list goes on and on.  

I have a 14 yr old and a 9 yr old I want to tell the news to, but I'm afraid that it will be upsetting if things go wrong.  I'm scared and I'm stressed out.

I know this is very stressful for you.  I am sorry so many of us have to go through this.  After my first m/c I dreaded the US because I guess I associated it with bad news.  I just knew when I got pregnant the 2nd time I would get more bad news from the US.  Luckily, everything is fine.  It was reassuring to see the HB and know this time might be different.  Try to think positive and know everyone here is thinking about you.

My HCG levels today are at 8574!  I am hoping that means we are out of the woods for ectopic.  Now to just worry about surgery for the cyst and my Graves' Disease.
