Ultra Sound showed no fetal pole

Ultra Sound showed no fetal pole

7 weeks from last period although we know we concieved max 5.5 weeks ago. U/S yesterday showed yolk, sac but no fetal pole. HCG levels were good last test ten days ago. The doctor said it may be too early and I have another u/s booked in 8 days. Doc said she could see slight blood flow by the sac which she did not like and that I am too go on as normal but I may miscarry before the next scan. I no longer have signs of pregnancy just sore breasts. Very worried has anyone been told of bllod by the sac? Thanks

You might not be as far along as you and your doctor think you are, and either way, 7 weeks might be too early to see anything even if you were, yolk sac is a good sign though, I'm sure next time you go you'll see a perfectly healthy baby! :]

Hi, I have since had another ultrasound and I was right I am no more than 5-6 weeks. This time fetal pole was there so something is happening! Still looks like there is blood around sac so they took bloods. First blood was 8000 second blood 10000 so an increase but doc says it should be higher. Fingers crossed
