Unexplained Infertility

Unexplained Infertility

I have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility. After several months of clomid and progesterone suppliments, my husband and I took a year break. We are back on the wagon, trying once again to have a baby. I am on round two of femera, and progesterone suppliments. My progesterone has struggled, never being above a 15, and often times being as low as 2 (with the suppliments), but last month my progesterone was 23, this month it is 42. I am on day 29 and I am having period cramps, can these cramps also be a sign of pregnancy? Or am I probably going to start my period?
