i would say you are still pregnant, when i miscarried at 6 weeks i bled alot like a very heavy period with cramping and passed a fairly large clotBlood clots into the toilet, it could be you ovulated later than normalNormal saline flush and not as far along as you think maybe thats why the baby couldnt be seen, if you have had no more bleeding or any cramping try and stay positive (hard i know)
good luck!
could the yolk sca be seen on the scan? that is usually a very good sign that everything is ok, that was all that could be seen on my dd scan at nearly 7 weeks, a weeks later there was her hb, the sonographer that did the scan with that preg told me babys hb cannot be seen when they are less than 7mm in length, remmeber you still have a grain of rice in your stomach at the moment and there are many reasons why the hb and baby wont have been seen, there have been women who have posted and had good news at 10 or 11 weeks, so like i say try not to worry :)
If you haven't had anymore bleeding, that's a good sign. Is it possible your dates are off and you're not 9 or 10 weeks? Could you be earlier, like 6 or 7? Did they do a transvanginal ultrasound? I ask because if they didn't, it's definitely harder to see everything in there. I had a vaginal ultrasound done at 7wks and again at 9wks and both times saw a baby and heartbeat. I know it's tough, but wait and see. You may need another week or two.
good luck!
