We are having a....

Just had the 20 week u/s yesterday and found out we are having a girl!  Both of us would have been happy with either, though.  It doesn't change any of our plans.  Her father still plans on taking her mountain biking as soon as her feet can reach the   pedals  :)    So what if she wants a purple sparkle helmet.  It will be exciting to see how her individual personality develops.  Although if she turns out to be a girly girl, I may need some pointers!  Or maybe her grandma would enjoy taking her shopping and stuff.  Personally, I couldn't care less if I ever set foot in another mall.

More importantly, everything appears to be within normal range, and no presence of any abnormalities were seen.  She is in the 52%tile for weight and was pretty active during the u/s.  We even got a good picture of her little hand up by her face.  Too cute!  
Sorry, it seems I've written quite a bit.  Guess I'm just excited!

WELCOME  to the PINK TEAM yeah it is lovely. the only thing i have to say is just because she is a girl doesent mean she cant shoot pee at you. (if you dont know this already) i found out veryearly on. thinkgod i had another diaper right there to put over her.

Congrats! its nice to see a person who is happy with their baby's sex! i have a girl also and am pg with # 2. Still early so i dont know what the sex is yet, but i too will be happy either way.
