Weaning baby and late period

My 8 month old daughter has been off the breast for about 2 weeks now and my period always comes around the 26th of the month. I have never really had any problems with my menstural cycle and I have not been late since it came back when my daughter was 5 months old. I was just wondering if my late period was due to the weaning cycle? Any info?

I got my first period when both of my girls wee 6weeks old and I never experienced any irregularities. Have you been using birth control and is it possible you could be pregnant again?

I have never used birth control. I am under alot of stress, and I have started a new multi vitamin so maybe those 2 things have something to do with it. Thanks 4 your help.
