I am one of those womanWomen's way who have never been able to tell if I am ovulating. No symptoms, no cramping, etc. Yesterday, Day 7, I had sharp pains starting in my left hipHip joint replacement Hip pain bone to about 3 inches in and my stomach had some bloating. My cycles vary from 28-32 days, so Day 7 seems kind of early to be ovulating. Does this sound like ovulation?
YOu know what, you can ovulate anytime between one period to the next, I think 14 days is just the norm or the average. I, myself, think I am an early ovulator! I think that is why my babies are so HUGE! I believe I ovulate earlier in the cycle and thus my babies are always a week older than predicted by what the average is for LMP.
Anyway, as for your question, yes that can be ovulation. I sometimes would get crampy when I ovulated. Not often but occasionally. And once when pressed on in the general vicinity of my ovary's, I had real pain. The Dr laughed and said I was ovulating from that ovary that day!
When i ovulate i'm just like Kassimom, sometimes i would get pain and other times i wouldn't. What you are explaining to us so far, it does sound like ovulation to me too. When i would ovulate i would get pain in that same area, if it is really hurting try walking around or put a heating pad there for a few minutes,
The pain lasted most of the day yesterday but was gone today. It would hurt if you pushed on it and was very hard if you touched it. My doctor said womenWomen's way usually begin their period 14 days after they ovulate. It I do not get pregnant, then that would mean my cycle this month would only be 21 days long. My cycle last month was 32 days. I know nothing is normalNormal saline flush when it comes to hormones, but is that commonCommon cold? My cycles have been 32 days, 29 days, 27 days, 36 days, 23 days, 18 days, and then 32 days again. Any ideas?
this has happened to me... I usually have the normalNormal saline flush 28-31 day cycles, o'ing around 14-15. But one month I went into for the vaginal ultrasound on Day 10, to check my follicles... shocker- I had already ovulated. As a result-- my cycle was 26 days long.
I had no idea I had ovulated early!
This month, however, I did feel extrememly crampy and tired durning ovulation (which was Monday). My blood work and vaginal ultrasound on Monday confirmed O'ing.
The nurse informed me that only approx 20% of women can tell when they are ovulating.
So if you have no idea- it is perfectly normal!
So my husband and I have to try every other day for the whole month then. I thought the day 10, day 12, day 14, and day 16 would cover the baby making base. Now when should I start?
