Weird pulling/pressure feeling

Weird pulling/pressure feeling

I was suppose to start my period today but I didn't. I took a home pregnancy test 2 days ago and it was negative. my husband went out to sea the end of december. i was taking trinessa for birth control and skipping my sugar pills which was giving me periods everyday.. it was slowing down. my husband and i discussed trying when he gets home so i stopped my birth control and started prenatal pills. the periods everyday immediately stopped jan 16 and i haven't had anything since. i have been feeling for weeks now, a pressure/pulling feeling in my lower abdomen. i get dizzy sometimes, i broke out which is VERY rare, on my face, my joints have been hurting a lot more which is unusual since i do the same pilates all the time and always have.. i know it's possible for me to have conceived after he left since the sperm stays inside you for a little while. i just am not sure if everything i'm exeperiencing is normal and if it sounds like i am, should i wait a whole other week to take another test?
