What!!!! M/C then pregnant?

How do you get pregnant after a M/C? I mean I know what to do to get pregnant but how do you get pregnant without an af. Don't you have to get an af then comes the ovualtion. Please someone explain. I just had a m/c and would love to ttc quickly.

A friend of mine was breastfeeding and hadn't gotten her af yet. And she ended up pregnant. Her Dr. told her that sometimes you can ovulate before you get your af back.

When  I had my m/c the mw told me to wait til my af came, but I could still get prego with out it.

After a mc you will o and then af will show up. After my mc I o'd almost 3 wks later and af 14 days after that. You do o b4 af. :)

Hi i m/c 21st March and haven't had my first period did pregnancy test which showed positive. Had bloods taken and my HCG levels are showing i am pregnant with a new pregnancy!!!!!! Gotta see if they have doubled on Tuesday fingers crossed x

I m/c for the 3rd time right before New Years and I conceived on January 12th.  I'm 19w2d pg with a perfectly healthy baby boy!

It is different for everyone anyway. It took us two years to get pregnant again after miscarriage. I'm 15w2d now.

Hi!  I got pregnant right after mc, before af..after having sex only once (we weren't trying so soon after!).  I am now 36 weeks pregnant w a healthy baby boy.  :)  Good luck!

I was also told that you can o before your first af, it can happen anytime.  My Dr. just told me to wait till I stopped bleeding from the m/c then I could try.  It's easier to wait till after 1 af for dating, but not necessary.  I got pregnant right after my first af and have a 6 week old boy now.
