What are the chances of me getting pregnant again with one fallopian tube that is blocked because my right fallopian tube has been removed due to an eptopic pregnancy

I didn't know i was 2 months pregnant and didn't know but i had vaginal bleeding for 1.5 months and was in severe pain so i went to the ER on Labor Day and they gave me an ultrasound and come to find out i had an eptopic pregnancy  so i had to go into emergency surgery and they ended up removing all of my right fallopian tube and was able to save the left fallopian tube but its blocked with scar tissue...when i had my laproscopy surgery for the removal of the fallopian tube they also had to remove 2 cysts on my left fallopian tube and remove alot of scar tisse in my pelvic area. my question is can my left fallopian tube be unblocked? and can will i be able to get pregnant again?

They might be able to unblock it. I'd call the dr to se what he thinks, or what your options may be.
