It's a beautiful name. She may have to spell it out for people or get used to people spelling it wrong. My sister's name is Alyssa and people are always getting it wrong. But of course the only thing that matters is that you love the name. :)
I think I would have separated the Brooke and the Lynn, so she won't get teasing about the name of the place in New York. But kids will tease about whatever they want to, you can't really stop that. I knew a Brooke Lynn when I was growing up and thought it was pretty.
My daughter's middle name is Nicole and no one ever made fun of it. A lot of people don't even know your middle name unless you tell them. Even then, when kids knew her middle name, she still never got teased. Hope this helps.
