What kind of help do you recieve after 3 miscarriages?

I have had three miscarrige's now and im going through some testing. Im not sure if i will be considered a high risk? I am hoping to get my bfp in afew days.So i have not talked to the doctor about this yet.If i am pregnant, what kind of care do you recieve?
The hospital i will be having baby in is just over an hour away via public transport. It's very nice and all the staff have been lovely, they just seem to care more. I can go to a hospital that is half hour away, but i didnt like the care that i recieved there the last 2 times.
My question is that i dont mind travelling to the furthest away hospital if i just have the 3 standard appointments, like the 2 u/s and bloods. But if i need to visit more, then i would prob go to the closest hospital. I will be able to visit a midwife weekly at my GP's office.
So how many times do you visit the hospital, what will they do or what should i expect them to do?
Any help would be great, good to know as it will help make my mind up. Thanks.

Blood clotting disorders absolutely causes early miscarriages.  I have Factor V and I was lukcy enough not to miscarry but they found clotting in my placenta early enough for me to start injections of lovenox and baby aspirin.
A friend of mine has it also and it took 7 miscarriages for her to find out and be tested.  The one I have and the one I speak of is called Factor V Thromobophilia.  It's detected through a series of blood tests.

Hi, thanks, i have just been tested for that, im just waiting on the results, they say it will take afew weeks to come through.I have m/c between 10-12 weeks. They said they would test the last fetus as it was very complete, but i didnt hear anything? I asked them and they said they were back logged, but they would most likey only need to contact me if they find anything/something? So it looks like from the blood test(not sure what they were, it was just when i m/c) i have had so far and the fetus, showing nothing. But they are doing other test like the thomboila.

after my 3 miscarriages i was tested for just about everything.  I had tons of questions one of them was if there were any symptoms for the blood clotting disorder.  My doc and my sister-in-law who is also an ob doc said there wasn't any symptoms. I asked the same exact thing "do you clot more during period" they both said no.  Hope that helps.

Hey, I have a question for you.  I too have had 3 consecutive m/c and I'm going to be getting tested for the blood clotting thing you mentioned.  Are there any symptoms aside from m/c?  For example, women who have this, do they have more clots during a regular period or heavier bleeding?  I'm curious.  This last m/c, we saw a heartbeat and I really thought everything was good but a week later, nothing.  I can't believe your friend went through seven.  DId she ever have a baby?  I'm looking for hope here.  I'm a running a little low in the optimism department.  Thanks for you help, Melinda

Thanks...I did come back negative on that test.

Mine blood clotting disorder is not that extreme.  I have prothrombin mutation which is dangerous but not as severe as the Factor V.

The drs think that the last pregnancy MAY have been compromised by that but not the first two.....

My 1st m/c I got pregnant on the pill...AF showed 4 days late after a positive HPT....

All m/c were so so different...so I don't know.

I did have a healthy dd 2 yrs ago....no problems....never even knew I had this condition.  My mom also has....she is where I got it from....and has 3 kids and no m/c.

i had so many m/c that i lost count. i had no tests done and took no meds and eventually carried to term. remember that as much as 50% of conceptions don't last. try not to worry.
