What's safe to take for a cold while pregnant?

Hey All...
I'm 29 wks pregnant and picked up my dd's wonderful cold.
Yes...i can suck it up and let it run it's course...but have any of you taken anything to get you through a cold while pregnant?

Found my infor from the OB on whats safe during pregnancy.  This is what we have under Cold Symptoms/Fever:

Tylenol, Regular or Extra Strenght

Sudafed

Benadryl

Chloraseptic spray

Throat Lozenges

Actifed

Chlor- Trimenton

Robitussin (for cough)

Tylenol Cold or Sinus

Thats how it appers on my hand out.  Hope it helps and feel better soon!

for me i don't take nothing i just have some lemon juice or eat some lemons, and hot teas, i think it is safer than taking anything,especially for tylenol extras strenght. my doctor only told me to take tylenol 200 mg only!
