When did symptoms disappear

When did symptoms disappear

Hi, I am currently 10 weeks with 2 prior miscarriages.  Since 6 weeks, I have been having constant nausea and falling asleep by 8:30pm.  But it seems like the past 2-3 days, I've had more energy at night and not as much nausea throughout the day.  For those of you who had morning sickness, when did it get better?  I've heard it gets better after the 1st trimester, but I'm not quite there yet.  Sorry about being so paranoid, but with my 2 prior miscarriages I knew something was wrong when my symptoms disappeared.  I haven't had any bleeding, spotting, or cramping.  Thanks in advance!

Hi. I just thought I would share with you since i've been in your shoes (just a few weeks ago!)
I had an m/c before and was very nervous about this pregnancy.  When I got to 10 weeks, it was like overnight, I felt better.  I didnt have to urinated during the night so much, I had energy to cook.  I called the Dr and she said that I was fine.  Anyway, I'm 14 wks now, and the symtoms (symptoms) came back a few days later.  Not as severe as before, but the sickness came back once and a while to let me know that my little one is still kicking my butt!  Take it easy, and before you know it, you'll start feeling the symptoms come back just a bit. But probably not like before.  I know, who'd of thought we'ed be dying to feel sick and tired again?

I wouldn't worry, you are pretty close to that 12 week mark. After the first trimester is jsut an average. Every pregnancy is different. Some stop getting sick a few weeks before 12 weeks, some take a few weeks after the 12 week mark. I didn't stop getting sick untill I was a little closer to my 5th month. Have 100 % of your symptoms disapeared or are you just feeling better? If you still have some symptoms then consider yourself lucky. If everything goes away then call your DR.
If you think there might be a problem then don't be afraid to give your DR. a call just to be safe. But my guess is that yuo are just one of those lucky ones that don't stay sick for too long. Plus, it's not a guarentee, but the farther along you are in your pregnancy and the closer you get to your second trimester the less likly it is to lose the baby, especialy if you have heard your babies heartbeat.Good luck and I'm sure verything is fine. If you have bad cramping that is really painful and/or bleeding then go in. Good luck and have a happy safe pregnancy. And don't worry if your symptoms start coming back. You may go through a time where yuo will feel really good and other times fell like ****.

Thanks for your comments.  My symptoms haven't completely disappeared, just lessened.  Still tired and nauseated, but not constantly like before.  It's so true how you wish your symptoms would go away when you are in the thick of it, then when it gets better, you worry like crazy.  Sometimes I wish I could fast forward to 9 months!

Just enjoy feeling better :)
When I start getting sick it's like flipping a switch & it goes away just the same. I was sick from 6-12wks w/#1. Now w/ #2 I was sick from 6-17wks. But it left all at once :)
