When did yours go away

by hopeful thoughts, Jul 19, 2007 04:31PM
That is sore bbs. I am 8.5 wks. My bbs were sore for the past 2 weeks. But they are not sore at all anymore, I can push very hard and nothing. My nausea is also stopping. Then today I have had horrible cramping and low back pain, no bleeding just some brown discharge. I saw the HB a week ago, but I have 3 weeks before my next appt and I do not want to be one of those people who call the doctor every day. I have also had 3 early m/c but this is the farthest I have been so I have nothing to compare to. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's hard after you have had a m/c to go through pregnancy again.  I can say that I was sick as a dog with all of my pregnancies, even the one I m/c.  I had sore bbs, nausea, vomiting and dizziness, all for days after my m/c, so it's not always a sign that the pregnancy is going well.  When you get closer to the magical end of the trimester your symptoms tend to fade.  Are you feeling any pressure pushing down?  That would be a bad sign, otherwise cramping and back pain can also be a sign that baby is growing.  You should not worry about calling the Dr. too much, if you are concerned it's better to talk to your Dr., especially if your are spotting, even if it's old blood, they should know what's going on, and maybe they can let you come in to ease your mind.  I went in at 10 weeks with my second baby, just to make sure he was okay and then I relaxed some till 12 weeks, they checked again and a strong hb.  Good luck, I hope you feel better soon and that the next few weeks fly by.  Symptoms will come and go and may fade this early too.

i know that many people have had symptoms fade around 8 weeks. however in may, i m/c. the first sign was that my symptoms went away. i had the same question as you, and was told that its common sometimes. i tried to stay positive, but a week later the spotting began. i dont want to worry you any further, but i just wanted to share my experience. i hope your situation turns out to be the total opposite. if its troubling you, i would see the dr to ease my mind. youll be in my thoughts that things turn out well. best wishes

My nausea eased up around 9 weeks or so. The sore bb's come and go. Whats weird is when i had a missed miscarriage i still had all my symptoms up unitl i found out @ 15 weeks, and the baby had died around 9 weeks. So i dont think symptoms are always a good indicator. My bb's were on fire last night and then today, nothing. So every one is just different. I surely wouldnt worry about it (i know, much easier said than done!)
