U shud pack well in advance...specially wid twins as they have a tendency to come early...u can pack anytime after 30 weeks...just to be on the safer side!

Hey girl - where you been?  I am 28 weeks with my twin boys and have been packed for a couple weeks now.  One bag for me and one for them.  My doctor said you can never be too early!!  How are you feeling?  Are your girls getting huge?

Being that you are having twins...you're most likely going to go much earlier than expected...so i'd start sooner then later.
While pregnant with my dd she was born 3 wks early...I had the bag packed but didn't bring it with us as we thought they were going to send us home. Luckily we like 1mile from our hospital so my dh was able to pick it up in a flash.
I plan on packing MUCH earlier this time around (currently 29 wks as well). With a little one running around and dd #1 being early...you never know....

I waited too long to pack and ended up going to labor early (37 weeks) so I was packing as I was leaking all over the house (water broke).  I'd pack early since multiples tend to come earlier.  Good luck.
