Wonder if the cytotec worked or not?

Hello everyone. I miscarried over a month ago, but the doctor's didn't notice until last Thursday because my uterus and placenta were still growing, and I still appeared to be pregnant. No symptoms or signs at all!! But once they did another ultrasound there was no heart beat. So the doctor gave me Misoprostol on Monday and I had some mild cramping for a little while, along with some light bleeding. I passed 2 penny sized blood clots. Then the next day everything stopped. So he gave me another round of it on Thursday and the cramps were stronger, but still not intense, and I bled a little more than the first time. And everything stopped that night, just a few hours after I'd taken it. Not much came out, and I barely cramped. I have to wait it out through the weekend to see what happens, but if nothing shows up then it's back to the hospital for another ultrasound and possibly a D&C. Does it sound like everything passed? I've had 3 healthy babies before this and never have had a miscarriage, so I have no idea what to expect. Thanks for listening.
