I am a waitress and I am always walking up and downs also I am on my feet 10 hrs a day.Is this job safe for my baby because I am in my 12th week

Yes,  since you've been doing that since before you were pregnant it should be fine for now.  As long as you dr doesn't put you on bed rest you shouldn't worry too much.  Once you start to get tired, you may want to cut back your hours, but other than that at 12 weeks you should be just fine.

I'm a waitress as well. My doctor told me it was fine to keep it up all the way until I'm due but that when I get further along and slower and fatter to have someone else carry my trays out. Walking is super healthy during pregnancy so unless you are on bed rest you should be kosher. Just drink lots of water.

My hairdresser (who stands all day) cut hair until the day she was due.  She has an easy labor and delivery (really short labor also).  She credits her exercise and being on her feet all the time for keeping her in shape.
