Worried

I believed that I was at 10 weeks according to my last period, but I went for an ultrasound a week ago and the tech said the gestational sac only showed 6 weeks. There was a yolk sac and she thought maybe she could see a fetal pole, but wasn't sure. I'm very worried there is something wrong, going to the doctor on Wednesday. Can anyone help?

Perhaps you are not as far along as you believe? Is that possible at all?
