YEAST INFECTION

I just found out I was pregnant this afternoon.  I also have a vaginal yeast infection.  I bought monistat 3 but would like to know if it is safe to use.  Since it is the weekend I cant call my doctor to ask.  Can you answer my question?

Try natural yoghurt it does soothe the itch and it works for me.

Get in the habit of calling your OB office and asking.  They usually have a phone nurse for just these types of questions.  Sometimes they want you to come in to be sure it is actually a yeast infection, but sometimes not.  And every doc has a list of meds he/she is comfortable with pregnant women using.

Eat more yoghurt too it also helps. and i have heard that drinking cranberry juice can help.
None of these is going to be harmful and it should help you if you cant get to the doctor and are worried about over the counter medicines.

I dont have an answer for you but I would not use a single thing-including douche until I talked to the Dr.
