Yeast Infection Remedies

I just got diagnosed with a yeast infection (very mild) and my doctor prescribed me an oral medication.  I am 16 weeks pregnant and don't want to take this medication because a search on the internet revealed that there have not been much studies of this drug's effects on pregnancy.  So I was wondering what everybody else did to get rid of yeast infections.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I just got over a yeast infection.  My doctor told me to take the Monistat.  Either the 3 day or 7 day. The 1 day is to harsh when you are pregnant.  I took the 3 day one and I got a yeast infection a couple weeks later and I had to take the 7 day one because the 3 day one didn't get rid of all the bad yeast.

Did you insert the Monistat 7 or just apply it topically?

Did you know that printed toilet paper could be the problem?? Sounds weird but true.

Drink lots of water and cranberry juice and stay off the sugary and white flour foods. it will help a lot. You may not even have to go on the meds.
