after removal of right ovary can i get pregnanat?

as my right ovary has been removed one year ago.im a working women and my age 27 as im worried about my next child .can i got pregnant? how much time i have ?
as my doctor says gets pregnant or just complete ur family soon..........as there are chances of infection in left ovary also?
plz do sugeest that what should i do as don't want to get pregnant as due to my job circumstances
i have one baby girl already
is there any effect on hormones or skin after ovary been removed

There should be no issues getting pregnant, if your tubes are open and your remaining ovary is working correctly.
However, some women have difficulty conceiving for unknown reasons, even with 2 functioning ovaries and tubes.

If you don't want to be pregnant right now, discuss birth control options with your doctor.  The fact you only have 1 ovary should not impact your options.
