allegra for hives?

I have dermatographism - physical urticaria. I am wondering what type of treatment may be safe during pregnancy. I currently take Allegra. I need something to stop the itching!

When I was pg last year it was during allergy season, and if I even looked at grass I broke out I swear lol. Doctor said that Benadryl was fine during pg. Oh I hope something works for you. It is just starting to be summer. You poor thing. I would ask the pharmasist as well, those guys are great.

I am also taking Allegra for my hives for the past few months and that is the only thing that seems to be working. I want to start a family but holding off due to Allegra not being safe. Please let me know if you find a safe alternative.
