You might google "fexofenadine and pregnancy;" it sounds like there have not been tests done on the effects in human pregnancies.  Just a thought -- if something is taken during only the first 2 weeks of pregnancy, if it were dangerous (and I don't know if fexofenadine is) it seems like it would be more likely to damage the embryo overall or cause a miscarriage than to affect just the arms and nothing else.  Did your doctor rule out amniotic band syndrome?

This is not amniotic band syndrome for sure. in both arms are big defficiency of : right elbow, ulnar, ray bone, three palangees, left: ulnar bone, two palangees. And those are the only malformations without other inner damages. Doughter is very intelligent, healhty. i have two older sons who have not any congenital malformations. In our families were not any handicapped people. That is why I am looking for fexofenadine teratogenic effects. I started cure because my allergy before I get pregnant and continued for more or less 2-3 weeks pregnancy. I took flixotide for nose and montelukast(singulair) and telfast(allegra, fexofenadine) once a day. I you have any informations about scentific researches with rats or mouses and effects for pregnancy, let me know.

Kasia
