am 3 months pregnant and i have seeing my period and i have lots of pains in my womb ,is eveything ok inside

i have been seeing my period for the past 3 months and am 3 months pregnant ,and i have lots of pains in my womb ,i dont know will the baby be ok
though i took some drugs early on to clean my womb i didnt know i was pregnant , and right now am scared ,i want  to have  normal baby
i dont want any thing to happen to the baby

Have you been seen by a doctor at all through your pregnancy? What was there opinion on this if nit I'd go to hospital to get yourself checked over, you don't actually have a period when pregnant the bleeding will most likely be due to something from the pregnancy

Hi! Vaginal bleeding during pregnancy occurs frequently. It can occur in the first trimester of pregnancy and may not be a sign of problems. But bleeding that occurs in the second and third trimester of pregnancy can often be a sign of a possible complication. Bleeding can be a sign of miscarriage but does not mean that miscarriage will happen. The pain that you speak of is what concerns me. I think you should call you DR ASAP and get checked out.
